"Nice hotel, clean, staff very nice. Very central and walking distance from all the places to socialise. Only issue is residents bar didn't stay open much beyond normal pub hours."

"Conor was amazing at check in - couldn’t do enough. Sabina, was delightful, friendly and again, couldn’t do enough. Service in Dungeon Bar, a bit hit or miss. No plate under Chowder, didn’t know what a finger bowl was for chicken wings - had to explain. Table sprayed and cleaned whilst food was on the table. Need a wee bit of training, easily fixed! "
