"On arrival the hotel smelt lovely & clean. The asian gentleman with glasses at front desk was so friendly & helpful 👌 Our room was clean & tidy maybe a small biscuit on arrival to have with a cup of tea would be perfect after a long travel. We had the best view on the 25th floor..thank you. We loved the restaurant it had so much character. Food & beverage staff was so helpful & friendly. Would be nice to have a mushmellows in my hot chocolate not sure why you didn't have any. Thank you for your service we will be returning."

"This place is centrally located and the rooms are very clean. Luggage storage was secure and organized, and helped out so much when I was on a foray. What makes the hotel exceptional is the staff. Thank you to everyone who answered questions, provided suggestions and were available to help in the wee hours. "
