"The 4star rating must be a mistake even though we a lot per night to stay at the hotel. 1.We had a neighbour who watched tv at 11pm so loud that we could every word like it was in our room. Went to the reception but there was nobody on duty. Wentbto knock on the neighbour's door without any success.. not a nice experience when you waht to sleep. 2. The bathroom in the standard double room was extremely small and the shower would have been a perfect fit for a motel next to a highway. For a "4...

"Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Das ťägliche Highlight war für uns das 5-Gänge-Menü am Abend - top Auswahl und Zusammenstellung der einzelnen Zutaten, das schmeckt man. Auch das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und frisch. Zu den Anwendungen können wir leider nichts schreiben, da wir diese nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. "Don't plan on skiing early, as the front desk manager refuses to check you out before 8 am. Also, parking is limited and the property is totally overpriced for its condition. The front desk manager on March 2, 2025 literally yelled at guests who wanted to check out at 7:35 am, despite assurances from the previous day's shift. Never seen any Hotel staff in the world being that unprofessional and angry!!"

"Where to start…. Rooms: very cozy, well maintained. Bathroom quite small Lobby: Also very nice. There are several cookies and drinks available for free during the day Room service: quick, very clean! Restaurant service: the waitress just started her job after years in the room service. She was extremely motivated to give a great service but obviously never enjoyed a training. I would rate her five stars+. Here is the issue: kitchen is far to slow. Ot takes forever from first to second course...
