Amazing, unique hotel with so many plus points! The convenience, cleanliness, food, friendly staff, views, rooms with everything you need. Fabulous A*

Arrived around 1030pm. No one at the front desk.
We had a junior king suite and the brown carpet looked gross and the smell in the room was off.
Only 1 bath towel for the two of us. After some rummaging and finally finding the cupboard , we found 2 bath robes so it became my towel
If you didn't put the lid down on the toilet before flushing you got sprayed
All in all not at all impressed with this very expensive hotel

This hotel is located within steps of the Lyon Part Due train station and the Westfield mall. It is an easy mile walk to old town. The lobby and check in is on the 32 floor, and the rooms go up from there. I don’t know if that caused the noise to carry or if it was just extra loud. Several times large groups were in the lobby chatting, and there was some kind of event with a loud DJ and lots of cheering.

The area is not the best. The rooms are not sound proofed. You are able to hear everyone and everything around you.
