"Hotels.com stole my points and my free night upon this visit. It was a terrible experience, there was not a 1-800 number to call to refund or get me through the process. Hotel didn’t receive my check-in until after 12am midnight. I was there checking-in at 9:30pm. After waiting for 1hour I chose to spend my own money instead of waiting on the reservation to be sent over. "
