"Beutiful hotel located on the pieceful West Back of Luxor. This property has the best views of the East and West banks of Luxor. The staff are welcoming and very helpful, offering sunset Felucca rides, and transportation if needed. The meals here are amazing. The best breakfast I have had anywhere in my travels by far. I would highly recommended staying here."

"I paid in full to Expedia when I booked. However, when I checked in at the hotel. The hotel manage told me there was no reversation for me and if I wanted to stay, I had to pay them. They told me to call Expedia and get a refund from Expedia. I paid again to stay there. I chatted with Expedia about this and they informed that I should get a reponse in 72 hours. I did not get any responses or refund after days. Expedia scammed me my money"
