"Everything has to do with soccer."

"Much older building than expected. Floor was a little crooked. Did not like the step up from bathroom to bed area. Bed was a bit lumpy to sleep on. Plus side, the staff was so very nice. Our shower had great pressure and it was a real shower, no stepping into a huge tub. We did the breakfast on our last day and it was very good. Very close to trams. Walking distance to many restaurants and tourist sites. "

"The rooms weren't well kept. Drains not working in the sink, kettle not kept clean. "

"Very helpful staff, stylish and clean hotel, very comfortable bed, short walk to historical part of town. Grocery store across the street. Excellent garage for securing bicycles. "

"The parking was convenient, though not free, and needs to be booked with the hotel. I did not receive a response to my email, so had to telephone, I had to try a few times before being answered. I did not recive a written confirmation the parking was booked, but all was fine when we arrived. Very well located, just a few short minutes walk from petite france. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well appointed. My daughter enjoyed the fuseball table in the lobby."

"Parking was not easily available and on street parking limited snd expensive. When exiting the parking, you then had to return the key to reception which would not be easy to park up to return to receptions. Reception not 24hrs. Good tram links to centre Room ok, but warm in summer"

"I loved that the mall was attached to this hotel as it made it easy for me to have a quick breakfast and shop while I waited for my room to be ready. The location is prime, being close to the shops and the cathedral as well. The room was pretty clean as well, however there was a strange musty scent that was noticeable. This seems to be all around Strasbourg, so I’m unsure if it’s just the water system here making that smell. Moreover, the AC in the room did not work, which was disappointing as...
