"I had a one-night layover in Madrid and chose this hotel because of its proximity to the airport. The staff was super nice and accommodating, allowed me to check in early, and gave me helpful tips on how to explore the city in the limited time I had. The room was cozy, with comfortable beds—nothing too fancy, but clean with everything you might expect from a standard hotel. "Good hotel in very busy street Gran Via. Reception is on the 9th floor and the rooms below that. We had paid for a street view. Room was modern, compact and comfortable bed. No door on the bathroom but toilet and shower do have doors so don’t worry!! Great sound proofing as did not hear a thing from outside when in the room. Breakfast served on 9th floor were delicious. Small rooftop pool tho too cold to use in February plus we had no time. Would recommend hotel, good location for sight seeing. "
