"Classic old charm....and I mean lots and loads of charm. Decent free breakfast and on site dinning. In center of village so walking about is a must. We visited to view the stars at Cherry Springs which is 45 minutes away. The rooms are small compared to most hotels and our bed was a bit soft for me but just right for my partner. I will gladly take a smaller room just to stay at this hotel. The staff is soo friendly and helpful for directions and recommendations. Place gets a 10 ."

"Great value, comfortable stay. We had a living room, full kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. Furnishing were a bit dated, but they were clean and comfortable. We first got to our unit at night and it was a bit hard to find the right one as most of the units numbers were not lit up and there was a bush in front of ours. The gym only had two treadmills and a bike, one machine resembling a bowflex in a very small area. Due to our short stay, the gym's hours did not allow us to be able to use it;...

"When we got to town there had been some snow. Snow removal was more than adequate. Since this was mid-week we were the only people checked in so it was very quiet. Breakfast was better than the chain hotels self-serve."

"We're so glad we found The Hygrade Inn. We were traveling on a long road trip for the holidays and needed a place to spend the night along the way. The Hygrade Inn was a wonderful treat for us! The room was cozy, comfortable, and well-appointed. From the lush bed and bedding to the relaxing seating, we recovered well from a long day of driving. The large rain shower also helped us unwind. "The place was wonderful and the owner was accommodating. Beds comfy, loved the outside furniture. The only downside was it was advertised as a 2 bathroom place but there is actually only one bathroom. "
