"A rustic property in the quaint village of Longpont, this hotel felt a little like one of those “Restaurants with rooms” concepts that are springing up now, in that everything revolves around the restaurant, more or less. "Unfortunately my stay was not a happy one. The breakfast was a complete joke, the service was appalling and I was woken up at 11:30pm by two members of staff demanding I settle my bill the night before I was due to leave. I’ve been staying in the hotel for years as I do a track day at Folembray every July, however I’ll never be staying there again and certainly wouldn’t recommend it. The staff seemed to take umbrage at the fact I didn’t want to eat in their restaurant and it went downhill from...
