"Due to the confusing street numbering system the hotel is difficult to find - it is actually on Kamanina Street. Look out for a blue sign on a gate in Cyrillic script only, follow the signs through a park that looks like a derelict military camp. There is a handy tram/bus stop nearby once you get your bearings. "There was no elevator with quite few stairs to room. My room was too large for just me; my fault not the hotel. The Amsterdam Hotel's location was fantastic; but the Amsterdam is basically a very busy noisy indoor/outdoor bar with some rooms up a lot of steps. Food and service at the hotel was not very good."

"Once you enter the building, take the elevator to 7th floor for check in. The staff are nice and go out of their way to help you out. The hallways were a bit dark. The rooms were comfortable and safe. The furniture was a bit better than average for the price paid. The location was close to bus and train for convince. Once you leave the building make a left to the end then a right and the best shawarma on Odessa is on the left side!"

"Excellent hotel, with great accommodations, but most importantly, absolutely amazing stuff! During my two stays with them, there was no instance when they could not address my request, or provide solution to the problem. They made me a breakfast to go when I could not stay for breakfast, they made me coffee at 6 o’clock in the morning, and when I forgot my clothes in my room after I already checked out, they sent my bag with the taxi driver to the airport. I will definitely consider this hotel...
