"Wonderful staff allowed us to check out bags at the hotel early to explore the city while we waited to check in. Rooms were spacious and clean and the bathroom was very well maintained. Hotel is connected to the city center through both tram and train lines, and we were able get between the city center and the hotel multiple times a day to rest and change. Breakfast was filling and well done. Will absolutely consider staying again if visiting Zürich."

"Overall, we had a good stay. We only stayed for the night, but the front desk staff was friendly and our room was clean. We could hear the traffic from our room, but the sound died down over-night. It was a quick and easy drive to the airport the next morning. "

"When we arrived to check in, 5 minutes early...we were greeted by three employees at the front desk. The woman who appeared to be in charge told us "we need a moment, please go sit on the red sofa." There was no "hello" no "we will be with you in just a moment" but rather...we are too busy to help you, you are here five, yes five minutes early...go sit on the couch and wait. It was a rude arrival to our accommodations and left a bad flavor for our time in your hotel. A little hospitality...

"Verkehrsgünstige Lage an zentraler Straßenbahnstation. Lärmbelästigung bei geschlossenen Läden und laufender Klimaanlage erträglich.Keine Parkplätze. Nicht reparierte Schäden wie Schraube von Klapptisch in Wand rausgerissen, Leuchtmittel defekt, Ablage in Bad abgebrochen. Keine Matrazenschoner. Handtücher waren ausreichend und sauber."
