"Everyone was friendly but parking is $30 per night. Was told they would reduce my parking few at check in to $20 per day but wasn’t done at checkout. Asked again at checkout and was told it was adjusted but receipt i got still shows $30"

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Location is great, convenient to the tourist attractions and restaurants in DTLA. We love the Japanese shops and restaurants which is just nearby the hotel. The rooms is clean and spacious (Japanese toilet seat is a plus!) The check in is quick. Hotel staff are polite and friendly. Facilities are nice though limited, we love the cafe and the gym. However if you have a car , valet parking is a bit expensive. "

"The hotel was great with a lot of character. The staff was great too. The only downside was the smell of cleaning products in the rooms; it was so intense that now all my clothes and backpack smell like it. Other than that, I would recommend it."

"We stayed here to go to Universal Studios, and it was perfect. A 12-minute uber to the park was convenient, and the price matched how much time we spent in our room. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly, and it has everything you need. There are a couple restaurants nearby, but it’s limited. The one in the hotel is 21 , which isn’t great for families. I would definitely stay there again, although I did miss having in-room coffee to start my day."
