"Accessible "

"Beautiful place,perfectly situated. The staff are friendly and efficient. Breakfast is great (though the coffee included with breakfast isn't so good). My only suggestion would be to set the room temperature so guests can't tamper with it, one of the occupants cranked it up to sauna levels, which is neither customer nor eco-friendly. Otherwise, it was close to perfect and I'd stay again"

"Spot Family apartments was in a great location. We could easily walk everywhere! The staff was fantastic too - went above and beyond with giving recommendations. The aparthotel was clean and and complete with whatever you may need. "

"Nice place - and room was comfortable and clean - so not a bad place to stay. First room was given had a very foul smell in it - so was given another. Some staff at front desk were extremely rude, seemed to be prioritizing helping people they knew and not following order people were lined up in."

"Good value for money, good breakfast, staff helpful. 3 times per hour bus service from right outside the hotel into the city centre, other buses within 5 min walk."
