"This hotel was a short walk from Nice-Ville station, a ten minute walk to the seafront and maybe 15 minutes to the old town. Loved the property, the staff were friendly and really helpful (wife needed to do a business meeting via MS Teams and the hotel staff couldn't have been more accomodating, finding her a spare room to work from). If there was one fault, there was a downpipe close to our room so if someone used the toilet upstairs during the night you'd hear it. The beds were so comfy that...

"I was tired after my trip and greatly appreciated the friendliness of the man who checked me in. There's a ramp up to where the elevator is located, so it's easy to navigate with suitcases. Room was small, but that was fine, and the barhroom appears to be recently renovated. It even had a small balcony with a couple of chairs. "

"excellent location for local transport connections including the train to Monaco or Marseille... or tram into the old town. Only negative is the lack of any bars, shops, or restaurants in the vicinity. There is only a basic vending machine in the building. "
