No air conditioning so during a heat wave this was very uncomfortable - there was a door to a balconette which we opened only to have an invasion of bugs in the room. "The apartment is a large luxury apartment with many amenitities such as a jacuzzi tub, heated floors, in the batroom, and Netflix on the tv’s, and a washer and dryer. It’s in a great location close to everyting in a pedestrian zone. The only improvement I suggest is the blind in the upstairs bedroom is missing so the sun starts coming in early making it hard to sleep late. "

"Place was hidden in a neighborhood off the beaten path. But the did a fantastic job at combining some homes together into a small hotel. It felt BRAND NEW. Like within the last year. Very clean. Cheap Mini bar. Restaurant and Severely over priced bar. A bottle of vodka in Brno is about 7 Euro give or take. They sold me a 70cL bottle for $86. That means they calculated how many tiny 30cl shots were in a bottle and charged me full price. That was just mean. Parking is Nightmare on Elmstreet. 7...

"The absence of customer-facing people is a problem. I tried to get check-in instructions by emailing in advance, and calling the Penzion, but only got them on the day of my arrival. My room was separated from its wc and shower by a corridor which also led to the office. The curtain was coming off the curtain rail and the curtain rail was coming off the wall. "Really like this hotel. The hotel itself is very confortable, extremely good value but the best thing is the restaurant. The food is outstanding plus whether you sit in or out the ambiance is nice. Not much to do in the town during the week and like too many hotels the wifi is rubbish if I have to write any negatives."
