"This is a scam please don’t book this non refundable hotel. We tried to contact them numerous times with no response and the only way to the island is via their boat. We had to book another hotel and then try and get our money back from Expedia which was refunded. They said hotel closed in 2020"

"The S&C is a small one-bedroom apartment with a small kitchen and a decent size living room. The staff was incredible, however, the facility is dated. The bathroom needs some serious updating, and it should be noted that you can not flush toilet paper in the toilets. The kitchen has a stove but the experience would really be upgraded with a microwave (the Executive Bar heated items in their microwave for me). "設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。"
