"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "The room and property were beautiful. The sat nav in the vehicle didnt take me to where the house was (thats the vehicle though, phone GPS got me there after turning on data) friendly staff, but be aware it is a country home, fellow arachnaphobics, i sadly discovered a rather imposing false widow in my room upon my return at 1am. Otherwise, it was lovely, i wish i couldve stayed longer to enjoy it but that sent me packing. "
