"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and for us, it was a perfect stop to explore the area. If you are looking for full a service hotel, it's not for you but as we weren't, it's easy relaxed feel was just right. Complimetary tea/coffee/cake is in reception, you can have as many cups as possible and we enjoyed the croissants in the morning. "They have parking across the street but it is limited. The rooms ware very small & the bathroom has a sliding door with visibility into the bedroom. The room was , as expected, Swiss tiidy. The breakfast room was delightful old Swiss style & adequate food to choose from. The town is a gem! We have been there several times & I love the quaintness of the buildings as well as the river running through the main part of town."

"Good location for the Moon & Stars festival. Nicely decorated and very clean. No reception so you get an online check-in form the day before but I didn't so I had to ask for it - that was slightly intense. When checking out, you're supposed to pay city tax at the restaurant at the ground floor. In my case, the staff were so busy and I waited for at least 20 minutes to get it sorted. That was the only down side staying at this hotel. "
