"The property is pretty tired looking in all areas of the rooms. Noticed the room was quite chilly so turned in the oil heater in the room. There was a hole in the tiles by the toilet handle and mould round the showers door. The next evening on returning to the room the room was very cold and the window open but the handle was broken so couldn’t close it. Reception changed rooms for us but this room was more tired than the first and much more mound round the shower door. Apart from that it was...

Just got a stare as if to say what are you doing here. Doesn’t matter what level of hotel you stay at you should always make the guest feel welcome. That said I’d still com back "
