"We were massively surprised at how lovely this property was. Staff were super friendly, the dining area we didn’t use but they have free coffee all day so used it for that which was a super treat bring coffee lovers. Room was massively spacious, clean we actually loved it. Just down the road from the tram into the city centre which we navigated without any issues. "I almost cancelled this hotel booking based on the picture of the front showing what appears to be a rough area with graffiti covered walls, but don't be put off by that. Graffiti along railway lines seems to be regarded as art in vienna, and is no indication of it being a rough area. The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Good facilities in the rooms. "The hotel was in an excellant location and the tram stop directly ipposite the hotel making it easy to commute into the centre. There was some confusion at check in as the hotel advised we had 2 rooms booked but we only booked 1 room. The staff were all really friendly and helpful.The towels were changed daily.The breakfast was excellant we just had this 1 out of the 3 days we were there.If we visited aflgain we would be happy to stay here.It would be nice to have tea and coffee making...
