"Stayed 3 night's @ ocean front 2nd level room with kingbed and balcony. Woke up and went to bed with Gorgeous views of the ocean and was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here everytime we are down here for another quick getaway. "

"The staff were really good. We were allocated a very average room and when I called reception they did the best they could you relocate us. Still not great but definitely better. Beaches restaurant had changed their menu from a week prior which was disappointing. We are very regular stayers and would like to be recognised regularly not just when we book multiple rooms. We go with hotels.com as their reward program is more immediate and flexible even tho I am a gold IHG member"

"The staff were very friendly and went the extra mile to help. The room was renovated and in excellent condition. I loved the rain shower and decor throughout the room. I swam in the pool on the property and enjoyed that, however the pool area needs some TLC. I can see that section by section the motel is being renovated so maybe more to come including pool area. The only issue I had was that the room was not very soundproof to outside noise from other guests. I would definitely stay at Waterview...

"Great hotel. Second time I have stayed here. Upgraded the room when at the hotel as the original hotel was facing the car park. The new room with water view was incredible, however the cleaners never replenished the room when they made the bed."

"The property was great and convenient very friendly staff and great choice of eatery's our first two nights were great very quite but our last night we had a couple next door that were very loud which we thought would eventually quieten down but after about 10pm they started yelling and the language was next level we eventually went to sleep but it was quite disturbing and unsettling "
