We had to pay 50 eur per night more, because they did not allow us to stay with our child which is 7 years old, they say its agains our hotel policy although expedia says children up to 12 yrs old stay for free. They recommend not to book with Expedia but with Booking or directly with them as expedia tends to distort they policies.

Dear Endrit,We hope you and your family are doing well.We would like to clarify the review you have just left.As indicated when you checked in, the Superior Executive rooms can only accommodate a maximum of 2 people, regardless of the age of the occupants. A cot may be provided for children under 3 years old.For children aged 4 and over, it is therefore mandatory to book a room that can accommodate 3 people. Indeed, up to the age of 12, no extra charge is added to the room price.We did our utmost to find a suitable room for you so that you would not have to pay for an extra room. The extra 50 was a commercial gesture, even though we were in no way at fault, and for which you did not even bother to thank us.We did a booking simulation on Expedia and it seems that you had absolutely not entered the right number of people when booking but included only you and your wife. Please note that it is always necessary to indicate the presence and age of your child, just like when you book a plane or train ticket.It would therefore appear that you have misunderstood the policies set out on the Expedia website, which are quite clear.We therefore invite you next time, whether in our hotel or another, to fill in the correct information.Regards

All of staff were so good, hotel was clean. Breakfast was great.
