"I read reviews about this property that helped me to choose it, big mistake. Whoever highly rated this place probably doesn't know better, very basic. You feel like you're in someone's house as opposed in a pousada. There's definitely better options for the cost of it. The overnight guy was very nice but one ladie in the day time was rough, from my room I could hear they talking on their phone, loud. Never again 😒. "

Despite proof of payment provided to hotels.com and countless interactions with customer service, the hotel did not admit getting the payment twice and hotels.com completely let me down, saying it's the hotel's conditions and that they can't do anything about it. "Outstanding stay! The views were amazing and the sounds of nature are wonderful at night. The staff is exceptional, professional and personable ready to help with anything. The hotel is in a quiet area with nothing else around it besides the floating restaurant which operates until 16:00 so we enjoyed relaxing, going to the beach, and reading. I loved every aspect of it! "
