I thought they will be offering breakfast so I wasn’t prepared to make it and we had to go to the next town (only 15-20min drive) as there was nothing available in that area. "The hotel was wonderful—quiet and comfortable. What touched me the most was when I lost a jacket. When I contacted the hotel, they quickly responded that they had found my jacket. The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. Today, When I received my lost jacket from them, I also received their warmth and kindness."

"A little out of the way but very worth the extra drive - note that the road out to the guesthouse is gravel and the driveway is a bit steep. Lovely clean little house with a nice kitchen area, tidy rooms, and good bathrooms. Great views. Owners and other guests were very pleasant. We didn’t take advantage of purchasing meals but they looked very good. "
