"The property was well maintained and clean. The only issue we had was that our room smelled terrible. But we suspect it was the sulphur in the water rather than any fault on the part of the management. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and it was easy for us to find things. They had coffee and hot water all the time which was very helpful. "

"The hotel was wonderful—quiet and comfortable. What touched me the most was when I lost a jacket. When I contacted the hotel, they quickly responded that they had found my jacket. The hotel customer service lady Ms. Valdimarsdottir not only reassured me not to worry but also asked for my detailed shipping address and said they would send my jacket out soon. Today, When I received my lost jacket from them, I also received their warmth and kindness."

"A little out of the way but very worth the extra drive - note that the road out to the guesthouse is gravel and the driveway is a bit steep. Lovely clean little house with a nice kitchen area, tidy rooms, and good bathrooms. Great views. Owners and other guests were very pleasant. We didn’t take advantage of purchasing meals but they looked very good. "
