"There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. We spent the first night in a lower class room than what we paid for. No extra pillows and no hot water kettle so we had to buy one on the first night. Although we paid extra when we booked...

"I arrived at 4am for a two week stay. They would not honor my reservation and told me they did not have a room. Then they asked me to pay in cash. Then they said after an hour of telling me there were no other hotels with rooms available that they had a room available at four times the original reservation. This is dishonorable and horrendous.
