Our suite was huge and had a gorgeous window with a lovely view. The hotel could have been cleaner (if it was we would rate 5 out of 5) and our room smelt of smoke a bit but the location was great and the staff and facilities where superb!

Fantastic hotel with great service. I booked what I thought was a pretty standard room, and it was great. I had a separate sitting area, with a very large bedroom. Great bathroom, wonderful stand up shower and separate bath. Lovely view over the central courtyard. The location was top - overlooking the Tuilliries. I could not recommend the pool enough, either.

Very nice stay i recomend it and the sraff is very nice

Excellent all around property in superior location on Rivoli adjacent to Tuileries. Easy walking and metro. Very comfortable room with sizable bathroom. Exceptional team was very helpful. Part of the reason to choose this hotel was the fitness / spa and the fitness part is all but absent. A few aged machines were present and some were not working. It was a major disappointment.

Lovation is good. Broken tiles in bathroom unfriendly staff at breakfast. Bad decor . Not a 4* Hotel.

Beautiful property. The room was spotless. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for being downtown near the Arc de Triomphe! Highly recommend this place if you are traveling to Paris.

Location is superb. Directly across the street from toullerie metro and the gardens where you can see the entrance to the louvre just meeting the arch. The rooms were spacious and quite modern but had that special Parisian flare maintained as seen in the windows that open inward. This allows for air and a bit of noise. But it was not an inconvenience! Gael at concierge was so kind and helpful! The food in the restaurant on premises was not good. But the location of the hotel is so great there are plenty of other options!
