We loved our stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, as they let us check in early and changed our room promptly when the toilet wasn't working anymore. The area felt a little unsafe at night when returning from the city center, but otherwise we had no issues with safety.

It was my first time staying at this hotel in Paris. The friendly staff and cleanliness of the room made my stay very pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel when coming back to Paris next time

There was some confusion regarding payment and they came at me what felt unpleasantly, like I was the problem, when it was indeed staff’s mistake, but overall the room was very nice and I had a pleasant stay otherwise.

No a/c, extremely small
Posted 29 Apr 2024 on HotelsAlthough the reservation stated the hotel has a/c, when we got there it was extremely hot & they told us they will not turn a/c on in any of the rooms. This was end of April and it was a warm and sunny day. I did not find the staff helpful at all regarding this matter. The room was also extremely small and it was very noisy in surrounding rooms/hallway. The toilet also didn't flush properly even when trying to flush a small amount of toilet paper. If you are tall or larger this bathroom is not for you. It will be too small.

We are sorry to read that your stay did not live up to your expectations.Regarding your comments about the air conditioning, as explained when you complained to reception, our system is programmed according to the seasons. Consequently, with temperatures below 20C, we have not been able to restore AC service for the time being.As for the size of the rooms, like most Parisian hotels, the size varies according to the type of room (double, quadruple, triple). However, if you come back to stay with us, please contact us beforehand or when you check in to request a room with a bath, as they are larger than the others.We hope to see you again and win back your trust!Yours faithfully
