The hotel was spotless, and the location was absolutely perfect. I loved the view of the Eiffel Tower, which made our stay unforgettable. It was also very family-friendly, which was a big plus as I was traveling with my 9 and 11-year-old kids. The customer service at the front desk was excellent, and we all had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!

Love the location. Elevator is very small but doable. Nice room with a view of the Eiffel Tower.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is great. There is a lift for luggage and the staff were friendly. I have no objection with this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay there except for the room being too hot and we keep trying to lower the thermostat, but nothing would happen. When we spoke to the staff, they just told us to the lower the thermostat and the room still stayed hot. At night we had to open the windows to sleep.
