Every staff member at the reception was so helpful when we had severely delayed baggage. We greatly appreciate all their unwavering help with resolving this problem, as well as being efficient and clean

The Hotel has an excellent location, rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable and bathroom is a good size. the Staff is very friendly and helpful you can check your luggage until they give you your room check in is after3:00 pm
We had a great time and close to Eiffel Tower

Very clean hotel accross from a metro station. Lots of dinning choices within walking distance. Super friendly and helpful staff, specially Elmira who made us feel at home. Our room had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was icing on the cake. Good choice for breakfast.
