I like the little kitchen with microwave and washing sink. But the little bathroom has no ventillation. Overall, it was a comfortable room with good amenities.

Lovely Stay.
Posted 9 May 2024 on HotelsXavier at the Front Desk greeted us warmly. All the Staff was accommodating and informative. There is construction happening in the Neighborhood, but we weren’t bothered by it. Close to the Train Station (Gard d’Nord), easy to get to CDG. Also close to Metro Stops. Would recommend.

It was a little off a main road and on a bit of sketchy alley but the front desk was helpful, the apartment was very nice but in the morning construction and the smell of cigarette smoke made it a little less glamorous.
