Shower control was broken at check in, nice buildings and large rooms

It was not as advertised and we were over charged. It is definately not a resort spa. Breakfast included means toast, cereal, yogurt and a steamed egg.Tea and coffee. It should be advertised as a quiet place to sleep. There is no pool etc. We feel cheated.

Lost our Expedia reservation that we made months in advance and had no room for us. Told us it was Expedia’s fault for the mix up and told us to try another place down the road and ask for a deal. Do not recommend at all.

We arrived late and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Rustic stay
Posted 15 Aug 2024 on HotelsNo creamer in room for coffee. Cleanliness was an issue. Dusty overhead fan. Unclean AC vent. Hallway smelled funny like animal smell. Breakfast was a little disappointing.

Five Night's at Spruce Hills
Posted 13 Aug 2024 on HotelsThere was deodorant and a six pack in the closet. Not a hidden gem. Child screaming mommy for like hours. Water pressure was weak. I felt like I was in my grandma's creepy basement. Broken window screens.

They lost our Expedia reservations and only had a more expensive room available. The free breakfast was none existent and the coffee machine in our room didn't"t work.The place is in total disrepair and run down. The pictures on line are from the past when the place was well run.
